In our small rural town of Tilden, we are very grateful for the selfless efforts of our volunteer emergency staff. They are the dedicated individuals, ensuring our safety and well-being during times of crisis. Our volunteer firefighters bravely face danger to protect our homes and businesses, while our compassionate emergency responders provide critical care when we need it most.

 

These caring individuals often juggle their volunteer responsibilities alongside their everyday jobs and family commitments, showcasing their unwavering commitment to our community. NOTICE: Siren Warnings

Tilden Citizens are reminded that the tornado warning alert to take cover will be ONE LONG SOLID BLAST. There is No Longer an all-clear signal.

 

The up and down siren blast lasting 3 minutes is a call for tornado spotters or for a fire. Persons sighting a possible tornado should call "911" or 402-368-5803.
